Your 90-minute Holistic Reiki Experience offers you the opportunity to settle in with a cuppa where we can chat about what might be going on for you at the moment, or time to reflect on reoccurring patterns of physical and emotional ailments that may be holding you back from being your true glowing self.

Next we get to truly embrace your self-care journey with crystals and essential oils as you relax on the Reiki bed for some Reiki and Pendulum energy clearing followed by sound healing meditation.

To continue the self-care process you will be armed with a customised essential oil blend to take home with you to enjoy long after our time together.
