I'm here to offer you a safe space to catch your breath, share your thoughts, find your bearings and express your wishes.

Escape the noise of medical practitioners, family, friends, and well-wishers and find peace knowing you have a soft place to land where you will be nurtured and truly heard.

I will be your advocate as you make decisions about your medical wants and needs. I will command respect from those around you, so you feel heard. I will speak for you on how you want to be supported emotionally and physically in this chapter of life when others seem not to hear you. I will help you to express your after death and funeral wishes for your family to best honour you. I will be your voice when you no longer have one. I will not let you go through this alone.

WHAT IS AN END OF LIFE DOULA?
An End of Life Doula is an Independent Practitioner or Consultant who guides and supports the dying and their families during the end of life process offering emotional and practical assistance.
WHO NEEDS ONE?
You may call upon the services of an End of Life Doula from any point after diagnosis, or, just as you would prepare a Will, you may also want to engage with an End of Life Doula early in life to help put your end of life wishes and requests in order with an Advanced Care Directive and Funeral Plan.
HOW DOES IT WORK

ARE YOU A NURSE?
No, I am not a Nurse or Medical Practitioner. An End of Life Doula provides non-medical, non-physical support services for the dying. Some may come from a nursing background, but it is not a service or pre-requisite.
ARE YOU AFFILIATED WITH ANY OTHER COMPANIES
No. I work independently. I am not affiliated with any Funeral Homes, Medical Suppliers, Brands or MLM like Doterra. I have products and companies I may recommend with your best interests in mind but do not receive any monetary compensation in doing so.
WHAT DOES IT COST?
We can talk more about this at our meet up but as a general rule my End of Life Doula consultancy work is charged out at either an hourly rate paid on the day with a minimum of three hours, or as a pre-purchased 10-hour block for you to use as needed. There may also be travel fees involved.
