ANXIETY KIT
Anxiety is the most common ailment I see with my clients and will affect each of us in some way, at some time.
Stress and an abundance of daily life pressures is causing such unprecedented amounts of anxiety that finding ways to connect back into the present moment (where anxiety doesn’t exist) and learning to honour and nurture ourselves is the best defense mechanism in combatting this.
The natural ability of crystals to shift the energy both around us and internally offers a safe and gentle connection back to ourselves.
